NIGHT
LIFE
On Saturday nights the cruise ships patrons party
on the main beach of La Isla with drinks, food and
music. The main night club strip is the Golden Zone
although some of the more interesting venues are in
Old Mazatlan. Make sure to have some tequila (with
worm) and see some mariachi or banda.
Or ... skip the crowded bars and make your own coco
locos (coconut + vodka) from your own backyard.

SHOPPING
-
The Canadian or US dollar go a long way in Mexico.
Make sure to go to the markets and stores downtown.
Touristy gifts can be purchased in the golden zone.
